Longest and one of the largest office structures in the city. Its reinforced concrete walls extend half a block on Estate (State) Street and half a block on Anapamu Street. Erected in 1913-14. Annex added on Anapamu side in 1923. Earthquake caused collapse where the two wings met. Two persons were killed, two injured, and most of the stock of the Sterling Drug Company and McGreary's Electrical Store was destroyed.
